## Places to check first

- The [docs](https://gitlode.com/docs) cover pull, push, undo, conflicts, and search step by step.

## Something's wrong with my repository

Your commits and files are almost certainly still there. Before any operation that changes history, GitLode stores a checkpoint as a private Git reference under `refs/gitlode/`, and everything that that change affected is recoverable for 30 days. Don't run `git gc --prune` or touch anything under `refs/gitlode/` before getting in touch.

## Things to include

- GitLode version and build (GitLode -> About GitLode) and your macOS version.
- What you did, what you expected, what happened instead.
- The command output from the **Activity** window (Command+0) for whatever failed, if appropriate. It will show the exact Git command and the output that Git returned. Read it before you send it, as there might be private information in that output that you might want to blank out.
- Whether you use Basic mode or Full Git Integration (Settings -> Tools), which Git you are using and, for diff or merge issues, which tool.

## Refunds and purchases

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. See [Pricing](https://gitlode.com/pricing) for details.
